JMBI11 is the tax-exempt Private Credit Fund version of Jive BossaNova, focused on incentivized debentures and the monthly distribution of income. Similar to Jive BossaNova, JMBI11 includes proprietary origination and structuring operations, resulting in lower correlation with the macro market and reduced price volatility of the credits in its portfolio.

With JMBI11, we invest in middle-market companies that have limited access to capital markets but possess solid projects requiring financing.

JiveMauá has extensive experience in credit assets within the infrastructure sector, having invested in more than 16 operations exceeding R$500 million in disbursements between 2022 and 2024.

As an infrastructure fund, JMBI11 offers full income tax exemption on earnings and capital gains for individuals. It is easy to invest in, as its shares are traded on B3.
