Co-founder of Jive Investments in 2010, Alexandre is currently CEO of JiveMauá, following the merger with Mauá Capital. Initially focused on distressed assets, the asset manager now operates across several strategies, including Distressed & Special Sits, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Agribusiness and Pension. Alexandre previously worked at Ernst & Young and Banco Santander. He holds a degree in Economics from USP and a Law degree from PUC-SP, and completed postgraduate studies at FGV.
Brunno Bagnariolli, partner and CIO of JiveMauá's Real Estate strategy, has over 13 years of experience in investment management. He joined Mauá in 2014, working in Equities, Credit, and Real Estate, where he became Head in 2018. He founded Pontte, a digital credit fintech invested by Mauá and divested in 2024. Brunno holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSC, is a CFA Charterholder, and CGA. He has also worked in Strategic Planning, M&A, and IR at Tupy S.A.
Diego Fonseca is a partner, CFO, and COO of JiveMauá, responsible for the Commercial, Finance, Operations, Technology, M&A, and Products areas. Diego joined Jive in 2018 after 11 years at Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo (CSHG). As Managing Director at CSHG, he was COO and Head of Products for Private Banking Brazil. Prior to that, he worked in Corporate & Investment Banking at ABN AMRO Bank in Brazil and at Rio Bravo Investimentos. He holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP FGV and a Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). He has an MBA in Banking from Fundação Dom Cabral and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from EDESP FGV.
Samer is a Partner and CIO responsible for the Private Credit, Infrastructure, Agribusiness, and Pension strategies at JiveMauá. He joined the asset manager in the Special Situations area and, since January 2022, has served as Portfolio Manager and CIO of the Private Credit funds, including the BossaNova and Soul families. Prior to joining JiveMauá, where he has been since 2020, he worked for three years at Santander Brasil and for twelve years at Credit Suisse Brasil. Samer holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Mauá School of Engineering.
Bruno is a partner and head of Distressed & Special Sits at JiveMauá. He worked for more than 16 years at the law firm Machado Meyer, where he was a partner in the tax area. He has vast experience in tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, operations in the financial and capital markets, foreign investments in Brazil, and fund structuring. Bruno holds a Law degree from PUC-SP and a master's degree in international tax law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Partner and manager of the Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Pension strategy at JiveMauá, responsible for credit investments and management, trading, and ALM. With over 10 years of experience in the financial market, Daniel holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a master's degree in Financial Management from EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Partner responsible for structuring operations, Eduardo has more than 19 years of professional experience. He joined JiveMauá in 2018. Prior to this, he worked in restructuring and corporate finance at Alvarez & Marsal, was a partner at PSX and XP Investimentos, and worked in structured finance and investment banking at Itaú Unibanco, among others. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), an MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), CFA Charter, and the ANBIMA Certified Manager (CGA) certification.
Partner responsible for managing real estate and real estate credit assets, Fábio has more than 10 years of professional experience in the financial area. Before joining JiveMauá, he worked in FP&A and debt structuring, project finance, and corporate operations at OAS Empreendimentos. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and an MBA in Finance from Insper.
Partner responsible for the real estate credit management area. He joined the firm in 2019, having worked across the real estate funds management, origination, and investments areas. He holds a degree in Economics from Insper, an MBA in Real Estate from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), and the CGE certification from Anbima.
Partner responsible for the investment teams in the Distressed & Special Sits strategy, particularly in Single Name, Special Situations, NPL, and Legal Claims. With expertise in judicial recoveries, debt restructuring, and structured operations, Guilherme has been with JiveMauá for 5 years focusing on investment and management. Prior to joining JiveMauá, he worked at Alvarez & Marsal for 3 years, specializing in credit restructuring and recovery. Guilherme holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and holds the CGE certification from Anbima.
Partner at JiveMauá responsible for managing relationships with investors and market participants, such as securities analysts, fund managers, and communicators. Previously, he worked in Investor Relations at RB Capital Asset and Santander Asset. Guilherme holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Marcelo is a partner in the Distressed & Special Sits area at JiveMauá, responsible for Real Estate, Investments, and Portfolio Management. Before joining JiveMauá in 2019, he worked for 4 years in the ECM and DCM areas at Fram Capital. Marcelo holds a degree in Business Administration from ESPM.
Partner and Fund Manager for Real Estate, Marcelo has 13 years of professional experience. Before joining JiveMauá, he worked in the Real Estate area at BTG Pactual, specifically in real estate investment funds for over 4 years. He started his career in Investment Banking at Itaú Unibanco and also worked at Banco Modal. Marcelo holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP and holds the CFG and CGE certifications.
Natalia is a partner responsible for the legal area within the structuring team, with over 17 years of experience in structuring real estate and capital market operations. She has worked at top law firms, including PMKA Advogados and Bicalho e Mollica Advogados. Natalia holds a law degree from Mackenzie University and has a specialization in Administrative Law from COGEAE-PUC/SP.
Partner and Fund Manager for Real Estate, Robert works in Investment Analysis. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial market. Before joining JiveMauá, he worked in trading support at Corttex Capital and equities at BTG Pactual. Robert holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, and holds both the CFA Charter and CAIA Charter.
