objective
Jive Soul Prev is JiveMauá's open private pension fund. The product invests in Structured Credit, High Yield and High Grade assets and seeks to invest in opportunities originated and designed by JiveMauá – off the radar of the traditional capital markets, as well as in securities of good issuers – in the primary and secondary markets. Jive Soul aims to be a product of low volatility and low correlation with the broad fixed income and private credit industry, which makes it a good investment for the long term.
Soul Prev's focus is on resilient sectors of the real economy that present high investment needs and resilience in moments of macroeconomic volatility. Some of the sectors are Energy, Infrastructure, Sanitation, Transportation and Logistics.
