The objective of Fund IV is to achieve target return levels close to 20% p.a. (net of fees) for its shareholders, through investment in the various subclasses of Distressed & Special Sits. 1. The Consolidator IV Funds collectively represent the FIC-FIM Consolidador Qualificado IV, the FIM Consolidador Profissional IV and/or the Consolidador Offshore, pursuant to the Regulation. 2. This date may be brought forward pursuant to the Regulation. 3. CVM Resolution No. 30/2021 establishes that qualified investors are: (i) professional investors, as defined by the same Resolution; (ii) individuals or legal entities with financial investments exceeding R$ 1 million who additionally attest in writing to their qualified investor status through a specific form, in accordance with Annex B of this Resolution; (iii) individuals who have passed technical qualification exams or hold certifications approved by CVM as requirements for registration as autonomous investment agents, portfolio managers, securities analysts, and securities consultants, with respect to their own resources; and (iv) investment clubs, provided their portfolio is managed by one or more members who are qualified investors.
